This place is definitely NOT an 8.8 on the scale!! Mostly for business types..maybe. Definitely Not for a luxury getaway weekend in Phx. No, blowdryer..except at the desk. Plain room..categorized as "deluxe". No coffeemaker in room and not in the common area all the time either.

Experienced my third emergency water shutoff there… literally the last 3 times I’ve been here. Had to leave my stay extremely early.

Left 10 minutes after checking in. Horrid smell and lack of cleanliness

There's only 1 shampoo and a soap for 4 guests? It's not enough... not satisfied with the breakfast... wasn't able to sleep well because the AC was having a disturbing sound.

We had a very terrible experience. We were assigned a room that was already taken. We have zero idea until we open the room and realized it was taken. Luckily there was no one but what if our room keys were given to someone & what if they attacked us thinking we are robbers. It is a very horrible experience we had. We wait another 30 minutes for a room to be assigned. It was already 9:30pm we had a very long day & they made us wait 30mins to assign another room.
