The customer service was poor. Front desk was rude.

Service from the staff is poor, offers breakfast and it’s not even breakfast just granola bars and coffee.

Very disappointing Not a good experience with this Hotel stay. The room was not ready, which ok. But the lady at the front desk asked us to give them a few minutes to check the room. When we went to the room about 15 mins later, the lady was in there wiping down the couch. When she left we checked the sheets and hair was all over the bed and make-up amd hair on the pilliows. Looked like they had just made the bed and didnt change the bedding. The floor was dirty also and hair on the floor and dust. Very unhappy with this exp... read more

Overall, I give them a five Two weeks ago my wife got me two rooms. Friday and Saturday from Sunday to Thursday was already reserved and already paid for so Sunday when I checked out Sunday and then right then and there I checked Right right back in. Went to work early about 1130 got here went to work at one got off of work after 930 got back to the hotel went to my room. All my stuff were gone, so I give them a one they threw all my stuff out. The complimentary breakfast is horrible - there was no hot stuff except for coffee; and no staff was there for early (before 6:00am) checkout.

not coming back Drove from LA, took much longer than expected. When I arrived early AM they had canceled the room I had already paid for. I had to change in the lobby bathroom. No refund given. Not coming back.

Disappointed We arrived to our room, the toilet was dirty, no towels, or extra linen in the room for the pull out bed. Under the bed was empty beer can and we were only given one key for the room.
