No amenities! I understand this is an extended stay place, but I have stayed at other places that have extended stay that at least have a coffee machine in the room with coffee or tea. If you want any amenities this is not the place for you. Unless you want to do laundry they do have a laundromat. We got in kinda late I wanted a cup of tea saw there was no coffee machine in the room, went downstairs to lobby to see if there was a coffee area there wasn’t. The staff put us in a different room than what we booked. I went back to front desk and was told they oversold my room. Was told she had to speak with a manager before giving any type of compensation and no one was available. After waiting at the desk was finally told she would upgrade me to a different room...it turned out the upgrsde was the room I booked. Unacceptable!

Bad AC and paper walls, a lot of noice Air conditioning terrible, all this Hotel brand is the same with the AC.

Too sterile and no complimentary things. We were disappointed. Lacking a good breakfast, No tables and chairs in the area where the low class breakfast was served. No tv in the area. Very sterile and cold environment. The room had no hairdryer, no movie Channels, no complimentary products, few towels and no room service. We are sorry we had to stay there for three days. We don't recommend this place

Average hotel with basic necessities Showed up and there was a line of 3 people checking in at 9pm. Took 20 minutes to get checked in, took longer than necessary because every adult staying in a room had to show ID, asked a bunch of questions, and sign additional paperwork about pets even if they didn’t have any. Never have I been interviewed and signed a bunch of paperwork for 1 night and I stay in hotels about 40 nights a year for over 20 years.
