There was a weird smell in the room and they don’t provide Room service for fresh sheets and towels

They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation I made for my uncle to stay the night there. The Lady at the front desk didn’t even try to find the reservation just wanted to charge my uncle full price and get him to stay 2 nights. So he walked out and stayed in his vehicle out in the desert for the night. We Need a refund issued for this

Although new, not worth the money Not worth the price. However, the property is new, that is a plus. Beds are uncomfortable. Pillows are cheap. No hot water most of the state. Not very comfortable and warm

Beware Paid extra for upgraded room that was sold out upon check in. Then was lied to about two queen beds being higher tier than the room I requested. When we get to the room there is rotten Chinese food in the refrigerator with mold growing on it. Stinking. The phone has stains on it as well. Very gross. Don’t appreciate hotels.com/Expedia group causing further hardships by overselling room upgrades In order to maximize profits.

This is an extended stay hotel with a tiny kitchen. Went I went to get plates and utensils, all cupboards were empty. I was told you have to ask ahead of time. Brand new hotel but with the new modern look. Cold tile floors. One small couch way in the corner. Desk is an industrial shelf on wheels. Cheap desk chair is the only chair in the room. No closet.
