We needed a handicap bathroom. Didn't have one clean for the reservation we had. So we paid more for a different room. It didn't have the walk in shower we needed. They said they will get one cleaned for us but they didn't say it would take 1 1/2 hours. I asked several times and they would say they were working on it.

Driver side back window was smashed and my tv was stolen out of my car. glass went everywhere. Shocked this happened in this area

The front desk staff were friendly. However, shower was not cleaned well and there were hair from previous guests in the bathroom as well as soap scum. I was told to email the Samantha Wand, the Assistant General Manager, however she has not responded. It’s pretty bad to not have a well cleaned room, even more so during COVID.

Requested for Accessible room but not provided; Beds too high for 92 year old family member. Do not provide daily cleaning service. Need training of Staff service - inconsistency, and not welcoming.
