They have charged me 3 times for the stay the staff was horrible to my family that was there and there was hair in the bed

Ugh. Very clean, crappy water pressure, and LOUD people above us keeping us up until 3 am each night - not good. The facility however appears to be very well run.

Got to the room turned the TV on and nothing. It said No signal. The tv guide showed channels but no shows or information would load. Thankfully I packed a firestick so ended up having to set that up. There was hair in the shower that wasn't ours. I tried to swoosh some water to make it go down the drain and the water swooshed against the left side of the shower and gunk came out of the broken open seam along the lower part of the shower. Review Temp. only went to 71. Was cold all night as no blankets on the bed. Sheet on the bed looked as it may not have been changed.

I have never stayed at a Extended Stay America hotel before and was very disappointed. They advertise Premier Suites but the room was so small, it only had one tiny end table and no sofa like confirmation said. It definitely wasn't worth what I paid for one night.

Extended without basics There was a mix up at check in but the front desk did her best to get me settled in, however we had 2 persons booked, our room had one small shampoo but no conditioner no hair dryer, which I found odd. I’ve never stayed at a hotel especially an extended stay without the basics. I find it very uncomfortable. No couch list two uncomfortable chairs and our bed. Couldn’t get comfortable watching a movie together. I’d never stay at an extended in again

Very 😥 disappointed My husband and I were very disappointed. We left the toom at 9 a.m. and returned at 7:30 p.m . Whrn we arrived in the room, there was fecal matter and yoilet paper piled in our toilet. There were dark scuff marks in the bathroom on the floor around the toilet. There was a cup on the floor. Called the front desk and was told to see if I could flush the toilet . Very disconcerting!!! Not a happy customee

It was ok, but I wouldn’t stay there again. House keeping never came in for the entire 3 days that I was there! Hardly anyone around in that place, as if they were short staffed!
