They did not honor the Expedia commitment to give us the number of beds promised. We were supposed to have 2 queens and a sleeper but were only offered one king and a sleeper. Had no cot, no extra pillows, no extra blankets to use for our additional family members. And little concern for the issue.

Staffs are okay but this place is unclean (trashes on the lobby), unorganized (no breakfast which was included on the rate because shipments are delayed?) and unsafe (banging noise and suspicious crowds in parking lot). This is one of the worse hotel experience yet sadly.

After staying here I'm honestly surprised it has a higher rating on this site. The hotel is located in a less favorable area near the freeway with the road leading up to it full of potholes and cracks. The facility itself is updated but clearly has at least 10 years of wear. There were 2 holes in the wall in my room, the mounted nightstand was askew from its wall mounted and would move if touched. The room reeked of cigarettes coved up by incenses. Rough Man art check in could not even take out his headphones. Very unhelpful and rude. Room smelled funny and was not super clean, smelled like someone was just in there before we go there with bad B.O. Did not feel very safe when we got there at 8, several men standing in parking lot driving lots of beer..

Cheap stay but you get what you pay for. Room was not clean, splatters on wall near kitchen, dirty floor, fold out bed was dirty.

Negative- only a thin sheet on the bed - no blanket in the room, shower needed to have a thorough cleaning - moldy shower floor and door, kitchen had no supplies. Guest had to go to the front desk to request any supplies and they were just handed to us -no bag or other way to transport them. Breakfast was one of the worst I have seen. Elevator floor was dirty as was the hallway. Only one elevator worked for a 6 story hotel.No coffee maker in the room. Staff folding laundry in the front lobby. They would do better providing appropriate breakfast and able to refill within the scheduled time
