1 of 2 elevators did not work. Room was not super clean. Only oatmeal for breakfast. No sign in room for breakfast time or checkout time. No do not disturb signs.
Smelly halls, room had full beds instead of the advertised queens, seemed like extra thin walls where we heard crying baby from across the hall and a few doors down.
Only one elevator so need to wait sometime, also breakfast is almost done by 8am - only couple of items left
dirty and not really friendly. AND charged 105 dollars OVER THE QUOTE!!! Tried to reach out 3 calls later they say contact Expedia huh.....how????? I can't get ahold of anyone without signing in which requires a code that did not come to my email which I am on. This is BS WATCH YOUR INVOICES PEOPLE THANKS FOR NOTHING EXPEDIA

Shower head was not in good condition. Toiilet seat was also broken and TV was also not working. Staff was just saying try this and that.

Only good is room is spacious other than that nothing as expected.. stay included complimentary breakfast but not much items . Only coffee and few packed muffins and protein bars. Room AC is very noisy

Unit 214 was dirty. Sofa bed had macroni and cheese and sparkles all over the inside.it was covered in plastic like it was cleaned. The floor was filthy. Breakfast was a joke nothing to eat but stale muffins and coffee. No one at the front desk except at night. No bedding available. Front door broken hard to lock. It was nothing like the Hyatt that it was previously.

Unfortunate to give this review but would not want anyone else to suffer or endure what i had to. Booked the suite room for 4 adults and a kid. The room does not have sufficient blankets or comforters or linen. Has 1 comforter for 4 adults and when checked with staff, they said they dont have any.
