They did not offer the grab and go breakfast as avertized. They don't clean well. Fpunr a towel under the couch. Stains on the bedding. Pillows were horrible. Cleaning is not a priority at this hotel. To even get towels you had to give back dorty towels The positive was Staff was nice and polite.

Not warm and welcoming. Looks dirty and uncomfortable

Rooms were dirty dusty bathrooms were not clean. There was food left in the refrigerator from the people before and when we told the desk and also told the cleaning people nobody came to get the food so we put it in the hallway and it was still in the hallway when we checked out… and when we went down for breakfast at 7:00 there was only eggs and oatmeal. There was nothing else there, and the coffee was undrinkable….. We will definitely be checking this one off our list.

Not the best hotel Definitely find another place to stay. We walked into our room and the floor was dirty and there was puddles of water all around our room. Half of the lights and receptacles didn't work. Also found some blood on the wall next to the couch. Hallways looked like they haven't been vacuumed in a while. Just felt dirty being there. Wouldn't recommend

The room was dusty and dirty we had food left in our fridge from the previous guest

Truly one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room dirty, toilet barely worked, shower didn’t drain, no amenities in room without asking for extra, just to begin. Rough clientele too.

The pool was closed and I was not notified until I was checking in . The room had no hair dryer . Nothing was very clean . The grab and go breakfast was a total let down . If I would have been able to change to a different hotel I would have . Also the smell of smoke from the 5th floor where are room was located was extremely unpleasant

What I didnt like was how unprofessional and unaccomodating the staff was to not only my party but we had several other rooms booked with family and friends. We needed extra towels because there was only 2 towels and wash clothes in the room, we also needed extra bedding and blanket and they were hesitant in giving it for the pull out. Refrig was broken and there was blood on stairwell and elevator was broken the 1st night we were there.
