We reserved this hotel because it had a pool and we were traveling with children. Not til after we check in, they tell us they permanently closed their pool 5 days before our travels. They could have sent an email saying that so we could decide we no longer want to stay there.

Absolutely awful. Funky smell coming from the A/C. Thought it was my son’s feet but it proceeded to smell. The next day, someone cooked fish and left their door open and the hallway smelled like fish the next two days. Also the pool was closed for the summer… I decided to check out early because I wanted my stay in the area to be more enjoyable. Hotel smelled awful once we got off of the elevator on the third floor. There was zero water pressure in our shower and there was hair all over the tub/shower area when we arrived. They advertise a “grab and go breakfast”, but they had pre wrapped mini muffins and granola bars, and coffee out of a machine that was thicker than molasses. I would not recommend anybody to stay at this hotel.

Better stay in your car The hotel was horrible. The elevator was not working and the room door was not opening. Frankly, this hotel doesn’t deserve to operate in the current condition.

First room smelled of smoke. Hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in years. 2nd room was cleaner, except for mold and mildew in bathroom.

Very run down. Dirt and filth in floor in lobby, elevator, halls and room. Room was sparse and uncomfortable. Shower tiles were lose and grout dirty. The free breakfast was barely stocked at 8am.

I saw old coke left out coke bottle, old half drink water bottle and left out pizza etc in the room. Room is not cleaned well.

The sheets are not changed when we checked in. We have to go to office and exchanged the sheets next morning after 10 o’clock. Nobody to clean your room daily. They only provide the room service once a week. One smoky fire alarm in our 3 days long weekend stay. No breakfast provided as described online.
