I’ve traveled all over the world and am a patient person, but this hotel was utterly horrid. HYATT Corporate should shut this branch down immediately. Beyond the disgusting room and elevator, I felt like I was staying in a 2 star hostel in Thailand. The bathroom was worse than a outhouse in New Delhi- it was evident that it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. DO NOT STAY HERE! Was charge 300 DO NOT STAY HERE! Stayed for one night was charge for a smoking fee of $185 when they clearly seen me walking outside the whole stay. Called hotel She told me she was going to ask the house keeper. 15 minutes later she tells me she will call me tomorrow. RED FLAGS they couldn’t tell me anything or why I have this smoking charge Knowingly they seen us the whole stay going outside. Check the cameras is what I told her. Dirty and run down I have stayed at this hotel many times. This time we had trouble getting our room cleaned on a daily basis. Even when we requested that it be done it was not. Only one elevator worked at any one time during the 5 days we stayed there. Place seemed dirty and run down.

Was put into a room that had overwhelming mildew/smoke smell. In fact, there was a very obvious cigarette/cigar burn the size of a nickel on the arm of the sofa in the room. Apparently, this room was serviced by housekeeping and they saw no issues in renting it out again. Front desk seemed to be fairly indifferent when I brought it up the next day. This is a Hyatt brand and needs to treat its customers accordingly, not like some low cost interstate motel.

Internet was extremely slow: 3.11mbs download, 2.08 up. I was unable to work. Advertised 24/7 “Gallery Menu with freshly prepared bar bites and shareables, featuring premium ingredients paired with antibiotic-free chicken or grass-fed beef.” THIS DID NOT EXIST and was the primary reason I booked this location as I am manly awake at night.

Beware room 201 TV and phone never worked. Place stunk when we got there, but the folks working there were grumpy, but very helpful and got that fixed. She seemed upset that we didn’t let her move us to a different hotel.
