Popcorn Experience We researched hotels in this area quite extensively, I even called the 3 we narrowed it down to. Thought this was the one. Very disappointed. Large yellow towel cart was in the lobby during our entire visit, after searching 3 floors for ice, learned there was only 1 ice machine working on 5th floor for all, dog at the dining table for 2 meals that we saw, popcorn on the 3rd floor hallway for 2 days, lost TV & Wi-Fi for over 12 hours, poor signage to even get there, front desk has to walk down the hall to p... read more

Party central If you like reliving your fraternity late-night life, this place is right for you. I stayed there bc I thought it would be quiet and clean. Instead, we had late night partying lasting more than 2 hours, well past 12:30 am. People talked loudly in the hallway, kids swam 1 1/2 hrs past the 9 PM pool time, and all room doors SLAMMED shut. We were advised we could not get extra pillows for our two children who are 7 and 10. Additionally, we had no soap in the room only conditioner. It also looked as though someone thru a drink at the wall and it was never cleaned up.

I normally don't write reviews but i feel like this is beyond warranted. Im typically pretty easy going and dont complain too much. I stayed for one night and it started off okay. When it came down to lay down and relax for the night, the light directly over the bed would not turn off so i dealt with that shining in my eyes all night. The room was not clean! The sink still had toothpaste on it and as well as the mirror. The toilet was dirty and the sheets had something on it. The manager changed our room and that wasn't any better. The bathroom floor had hair and trash on it as well as the shower walls. The bed sheet had a brown stain big as a plate. And the pillow case had mascara on it smh. They came and changed the sheets and that was it. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! We used hotels.com to book 2 rooms for 3 nights each at Hyatt Place Airport, my 89 y mother wanted to come and stay as well so i booked another room for her but accidental booked at CranberryHyatt Place instead, i immediately noticed the error and called hotels.com they were very understanding and called the Cranberry Hyatt to reverse the charge since it was an understandable mistake .The management at Cranberry absolutely refused to help and kept the money and i had to rebook the Airport Hyatt... read more

Avoid, avoid, avoid! If I get Covid, I will tell the contact tracers to start here. The place was packed and no one was wearing a mask except the poor front desk woman who looked scared out of her mind. Housekeeping was not masked. Rooms were not particularly clean either. Skip this place. Your health depends on it.
