Four days and no room cleaning. We emptied our own garbage. The "bar" dose not exist. Elevator broken.

First of all you have to take out your own trash, get your own towels, and don’t even consider swimming in their filthy pool. Elevator doesn’t work. When you go to staff with an issue they don’t care . Then they charge you a cleaning fee for no reason…. Do yourself a favor go to another hotel ..

Not what I expect from Hyatt Spacious room but that’s where the positives end. Breakfast “buffet” was anything but a buffet. Just a couple of continental options Room was outdated and oddly set up with a tiny bathroom.

The hotel room was filthy. When I reported it to the front desk that it was dirty and bugs were in the room they did nothing. We were there four nights and no house keeping. The pool was gross… leaves and dirt in it. I will never stay at another Hyatt.

1st and last time at Hyatt. The hotel room smelled like feet upon entrance had to request it be freshened up however only received someone come up to spray with air freshener. Bulb was missing from lamp. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted. Very warm overnight. I also received a hostile phone call from Samantha and a nasty attitude from Michelle. I’ll stick to Marriot and Hilton brands.
