Disappointed Hello I reserved two suits at the Hyatt in cranberry pa. Check in was yesterday and checked out this morning. The rooms were very clean and roomy for my family size. I chose this hotel because it seems to be the only one that’s pool was open due to the pandemic so myfamily traveled a great distance. Not as Advertised! Beware! I had a five night reservation at the subject property and I had the staff walk into my room at 10.30 pm on the 3rd night of my stay while we were sleeping claiming that the guest in the room had checked out. I am extremely disappointed in the behavior as they should have called the room for any clarifications rather than walking into the room in the middle of the night! I did not ask for a handicap accessible room i had no place to hang my gown. The iron was unusable because it had burn marks on the plate. It had no mircowave in room as advertised

We were put in a non- requested handicap room. Doors, elevators, not clean. Not the quality I expected from a hotel of this price range.

Have a heart. We never got to stay. At check-in we were denied a room for not having a credit card with $15 on it. Then later I was told I would not be reimbursed because the limit was $50. My family suffered a fire and needed a break from the chaos. My sons are also asthmatic and the fumes were highly concerning. We actually were able to find a place across the street. Even though we're truly crammed, we're grateful for the kindness at the Clarion, Cranberry.
