Front desk people are so rude. They allowed smoking right at the front door.You just can’t breath the smells of the cigarette.They should allow cigarettes smoking on the back

I made the reservation through expedia. I was traveling there when I recieved a voicemail they had no WIFI and needed me to cancel the reservation and remake it. I called them back immediately and reached what I believed to be a call center for them and they said my reservation was still good. I explained the message and she placed me on hold and came back to say the reservation was indeed cancelled because of their issues. I said can you please book me as I'm enroute. Second night i came here, should have learned from the first. Ground floor, right in front of the smoke pit with loud rude people right oitside my window.....spent the very last of my.money thinking the last time was just a bad day, yeah, nothin against the staff, but i woulda been better off putting my 87 dollars into a donkys butt and letting it kick me in the nuts repeatedly then lay under it while it defacates on my stomach. I would haave gotten probably a little more sleep. 2nd day of work ill miss now.

The staff at the front desk was very nice. The room we stayed in was very dirty. The ground was so dirty our feet were black on the bottoms, as well as things we sat on the ground. The room smelled of cat urine pretty strongly. The blankets and pillow cases don’t seem like they were changed in awhile. They also had an odd smell and some pet hairs. Nothing about this listening was as advertised. Charged for a room they couldn't provide without refunding the difference. Breakfasts included was a joke!!!!

Checking in was smoothly The hallway to go to my room was not very clean. Breakfast was terrible and coffee was not great.

Staff couldn’t use computer to check us in, they had us go up and down elevator multiple time to return to the front desk, staff asked to keep my drivers license overnight until 3pm the next day to be able to check in after we leave. We paid full price for only 8 hours, room smelled like smoke so badly we had to sleep with face covered . Rooms had no hair dryer. Items in vending machine were stuck and or empty, I would not recommend to stay here unless they are smokers
