Go into it with a 2 star mentality For a hotel rated with 7 stars I expected it to be cleaner. The beds had hair and fuzz on them and the shower had no pressure. The shower also had hair and stains. There were cracked tiles just not a great hotel. If I was paying for a 2 star hotel I go in knowing what I am getting. This was overpriced and walked away feeling dirty.

There were several roaches in the bathroom. Other than that our stay was fine

First and last time Bare bones more for workers than vacationers. No one at counter had to holler to let them know we were checking in. I one at counter when checking out. Not particularly friendly or helpful when we checked in and got someone to wait on us. Room had few to no necessities. Had to ask for cups and a coffee pot and it did not work well. No decaf coffee or tea. Breafast very bad. Fresh oranges were tiny and looked like they had been buried. Bathroom faucet was a trickle so used the kitchen faucet. If you wanted... read more

The overall experience was terrible. The Check in person terrible, there was a Roach in my room. They did not give us Wi-Fi information.
