Terrible service We drove 12 hrs got to our hotel that we had reserved for no one to answer thetefore we slept in the truck. What kind of place right of 75 don't answer after 11 it wasnt listed we couldn't check in after hrs. Couldn't get them to answer in the lobby. Locked doors phone on wall said after 11 pm press 0 for service no answer at 12 then sat in the truck and tried calling until 3am phone rang for over 6 mins still no answer. Then they had the audacity to try and charge my card that I used to reserve the room.

Not enough grass for pets to do there business

This place is terrible and I will be asking for a refund. Toilet that smells and runs constantly. Filthy carpets, smelly place. Drink dispenser that took my money. Elevator that is filthy and got stuck. How can they charge this much for one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

They didn't have cups to serve coffee. I asked for a hair dryer and they didn't have it. They said those requests were ready in the morning only. Thanks.

They had us in the wrong room we rented king and they had us in a queen and room smelled like smoke.

Canceled my reservation after 5 nights were paid for. Claim the payment was declined. Dirty room when we checked in. Rude staff. The list goes on and on.. would not recommend at all.

After driving 13 hrs in a car, we paid $320 for one night stay, we discover half the electrical plugs in the room don’t work. It’s 10:20 pm, we are trying to go to bed. Need a plug next to the bed for my cpap machine, nope they don’t work. Charge our dead phones, nope. The one tv in the room, nope it don’t work. No handyman on staff, no extension cords to borrow. Terrible
