Terrible service It was terrible. To start with I was standing at the entrance for 10 minutes for someone to be able to give us access. My son was asleep and a worker gave us access because she was just getting in. After getting to the lobby we waited 15 more minutes and no one would showed up. I called the reception, called the main customer service number, they called the reception (for which I picked up, it was that bad) they also called the manager and no one responded. I have stayed here before, but I do not know if it was a lack of staff or what, but this time was horrible I cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel. This is the second time my safety was not a priority at this hotel. This is the first time I was placed in a dirty room. Also my A/C did not work.

I would never stay at this property ever again! The customer service is absolutely horrible. First room had no electric. Moved to a second room, and guests staying above us were so loud all day and night. Front desk won’t answer the phone from room or cell. Asked for help with noise, and they won’t assist saying they aren’t allowed to go to the rooms. Front desk clerk “Natalie” sits in an office with friends smoking weed so while lobby smells. Had to ring bell continuously and yell for someone to come out of office to assist... read more

It’s a white cell you notice without a TV TV non working. They replaced the remote but still didn’t work. Told me I could call Velocity, whoever that is.
