I have stayed here before, but I do not know if it was a lack of staff or what, but this time was horrible I cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel. This is the second time my safety was not a priority at this hotel. This is the first time I was placed in a dirty room. Also my A/C did not work.

I would never stay at this property ever again! The customer service is absolutely horrible. First room had no electric. Moved to a second room, and guests staying above us were so loud all day and night. Front desk won’t answer the phone from room or cell. Asked for help with noise, and they won’t assist saying they aren’t allowed to go to the rooms. Front desk clerk “Natalie” sits in an office with friends smoking weed so while lobby smells. It’s a white cell you notice without a TV TV non working. They replaced the remote but still didn’t work. Told me I could call Velocity, whoever that is.
The place is well kept. Clean rooms. Clean hallways.
Terrible beds. Like being in prison Brand new building with bad furnishings
