Our room smelled like a wet dog. Ventilation was poor even with the windows opened as far as it would go and the noisy bathroom fan running. Aside from the smell, it was clean. There's a great kitchenette in the room, but no dishes or pots or silverware or cups are provided, you have to get all that from the desk. Breakfast was among the weakest I've had at a hotel. Upon arriving to the hotel, the room keys were not working so each time we wanted to go in our room we had to stop at the front desk. This issue was not resolved until the next day. The complimentary “breakfast” consisted of oatmeal packets. If you were lucky enough, you might have gotten a small yogurt or a pack of 2 boiled eggs. There is a large gathering of local unhoused people that gather around the Burger King and gas station next door. I hate to start this with negatives but I am. We got to the room approximately 9:30 6/8/2025 and checked in. Had to go back to the desk to get my key to work. Then went to wash my face not washcloths or hand towels. Mention this at the desk when leaving and the clerk said they would be that night. Not!! The clerk on duty was upset with the previous clerk saying she never does her job! She begrudgingly got us our supplies. Went to the room and key doesn't work again. Another trip to the desk. Great inside but terrible outside not recommend The room was clean and nice, but the outside was horrible, there were homeless people and drug users all around, trash and cigarette butts all over. The hall to our room smelled like pot. The front desk ladies weren't very pleasant but one. There was a kitchen but no coffee pot or hair dryer nor did the hotel have an ice machine. The whole city of Portland was riddled with homeless people it was sad.

Upon arrival there was no room available, even though we were hours after the expected check-in. Got to the room to sink was completely full of water and would not drain and did not drain the entire time We were there, The blinds were fully drawn down with broken chain and the Chain was just sitting in the window. The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom as well. We have time stamped photos of the problems as well.

Overall not cleanly at all, our room smelled very bad and wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived. Breakfast was not good and the area around the hotel is scary and homeless people live down the street.

Don’t recommend, the area was industrial, was given a room with a broken toilet. The hallway smelled like tobacco, weed, and dog pee. Highly recommend find somewhere else to stay. After bringing up that the toilet wasn’t flushing properly the front desk person said oh yeah it’s been like that for a week.
