I wouldn’t leave a single star, but this is the minimum. We had a bad experience this weekend, we had our whole weekend trip planned, but due to the Microsoft crash that happened our flight was cancelled and we weren’t able to arrive. Even if we did end up getting on the flight we would have arrived at 1am instead of our designated time. The car rental was understanding and we got our money back, but this hotel does not want to work with us and says we should have called 24 hours before, how was I suppose to know this was go... read more

The place itself was clean. The staff friendly and helpful. No sundries were available except soap and one small tube of shampoo. No makeup remover, no blow dryer! The building was very difficult to find, back behind other businesses and NO SIGN AT ALL. That alone made this place stink. Driving around and around with Google trying to figure it out. Then if that wasn't enough- the whole area is filled with drug addled homeless people and tents. We felt very uncomfortable leaving our car in the parking lot although they assure... read more

No Room. Dirty Room Room was Dirty. Room was never cleaned. My reservation was cancled. They did not havee my reservation or a room.

We made a reservation months ago only to show up and find out they overbooked and gave our room away. Then the staff was very rude, then the supposed “manager” hung up on me when I called to get more information about who to call to fix their mistake. Worst experience ever!!! I will never go back and will tell everyone I know what kind of place it is. Complete trash of an establishment.

Hotel just changed ownership and there are many things wrong. Lots of issues with their parking lot with trash, homeless encampments and folks wandering looking for unlocked or vehicles with exposed valuables in broad daylight. Had to pay for the room again as Expedia does not support the new hotel owner. Many amenities not available or not working like air conditioning in the gym, ice makers all out of order, no bowls for breakfast or milk or juice. Room window was cracked.

Property under construction, noise, workers staying in the same floor and working/staying. Ice machine, TV, A/C and fridge not working. Bath tub not draining properly.
