I had interacts with several staff members. They were all extremely rude, it makes me not want to ever stay here again

Costumer service was horrible are super unsafe no food around room was ok

Heater has a loud buzz. Drain is clogged. A lot of homeless in the parking lot. Staff didn’t care about my complain. No breakfast just snacks.

Will never stay again. Homeless camps all around property and wandering around property at all hours. Arrived at 1:35am due to flight, was very rudely told we missed check in and their system was running an audit, there was nothing they could do to give us a room until the audit was completed. Extremely stupid planning on their part. Two others came in while we waited wanting to check in also. Hotel allows pets but there are seemingly no rules for keeping pets on leashes as multiple were running around with no supervision. F... read more

Heater was not working in my room. Spoke with frint desk, clerk told me to reset breaker. I reset breaker and still had no heat. On third nite, I returned to my room to find a new HVAC unit. Heat was working. Still haven't gotten my $50 security deposit back. Hotel property told me it could take 48hrs. It's been double that. Not holding my breath. Likley won't return to that property.

Booked this location because it said it had breakfast and there was no breakfast! There were a few yogurts and some oranges, coffee was empty and no other food was available. Don’t advertise your stay comes with breakfast then have none. Beds were very hard and the bathtub stoppers don’t work so that you can’t take a bath. Staff didn’t seem to care much about the breakfast and I would have never booked here had I known I wouldn’t receive the meal. Filthy room. Toilet not working. Painting is gross. Tv not working.
