Beethoven, the first one I checked into was not cleaned and they moved me into the next room and then the bathtub didn’t drain. No refund no apology was made.

Location convenient. First room assigned was not ready for occupancy. Two rooms later we found no chair in room and TV was not connected to the internet. Front desk person, Bill, arrived with a chair and again came to room to connect TV. Slept comfortably. Greeted in the morning by front desk staffer who said that breakfast was very limited because “they” didn’t get my order. Had coffee and breakfast bar. Nie mehr Extendet stay Großes sauberes Zimmer, kein Fön, keine Kaffeemaschine, Da der Kaffee zum sogenannten Frühstück 1 Std. vor Schluss nicht aufgefüllt wurde, auch die Riegel als Frühstück wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservic. Muss bestellt werden. Müsste nicht unter Hotel geführt werden. Das ist eine Einrichtung für Menschen die dort länger leben. Macht mein Sohn jedes Jahr 4 Wochen in Florida wo es wesentlich weniger kostet.

room had issues with tub drain not working and blind not working. They said it would be fixed during the day when I was out, but nothing was done as now they said they have no maintenance staff to fix anything. So after a discussion they agreed to move me to a new room. The breakfast was nothing more than coffee, some snack bars, instant porridge packages and vacuum sealed eggs. This was all after a 25 minute process to checkin and running back as keys for the door would not work. Not going back.

do NOT stay here! unsafe area. large homeless population roaming around the area at all times. toilet didn’t work from day one. breakfast was hard boiled eggs powdered oatmeal small muffins coffee Nothing else! no juice or other drink options. when you ask for anything basic like hot water for oatmeal it’s all bad attitude. this used to be a best western on 8-21-24 so there are no reviews for extended stay! never again
