Truely a lot to be desired. The property was smelly and damaged. My bathroom was missing trim and mold shown, paint peeling. The bed was very hard, I literally hurt myself plopping down on it. The staff were rude and not helpful, and the “breakfast “ was literally granola bars and apples. The elevator also did not work, and when I told staff they ignored me. There are people outside who are homeless and will literally walk into your car while driving.

Everything about our stay was great and they have armed security driving around the property but the surrounding area around the hotel was a drug zone filled with homeless crackheads/zombies

Where do I start? I had to change my room three times due to the rooms being dirty or one of the rooms not being able to close properly. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes. Homeless all around the property and shady activities happening in the parking lot. No breakfast, only grab and go yo-gurts/fruit. Police drove around every night. The only nice part of the experience was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Other then than, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

check in waitimng time was 55 minutes and the room is not clean enough and the area is not safe at all with a lot of homeless people

I am absolutely baffled by all the good reviews on this place. The person I checked in with was gross looking. Both the outside and inside smelled like cigarettes and at first, I thought it was the front desk person. There’s “breakfast to go” but once they “run out” there’s nothing. The breakfast is coffee, muffins and some fruit. That’s literally it. I honestly would not recommend unless you’re passing through, it’s very much like a motel 6.
