My stay at other Best Western Hotel have been good however this one was a big disappointment. On the plus side they have a vinyl laminate floor which to me is nicer than a dirty carpet that you can never see the stains. The bathtub was dirty the corners around the bathroom sink were dirty. But the worst by far was the noise, there seems to be very little soundproofing between the rooms. I've stayed in Best Western Inn's many times and although the rate was lower than others in the area I still expected the same quality I have received in the past.

We have stayed at very nice Best Western Plus hotels and found this VERY disappointing. The carpet was filthy. The paper goods were of the poorest quality. THe coffee service was so minimally supplied it could barely be recognized. This hotel currently represents BWPlus poorly.

The carpet was terribly stained and disgusting. Bedding appeared clean, but mattress was very stiff and firm. The area around the hotel is frequented by the homeless, which seem to be everywhere in Portland in general. But they were digging through the trash at the front door of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Very sad location, carpet were stained and sticky, the entire hallway and room reeked of cigarette smoke.

It really is not worth it. This place sucked. Homeless people are at the parking lot. Room was dirty. Carpet had stains all over it. Would not bring my family here ever again. Don’t waste your time.

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The hotel rooms are disgusting. With stains on carpet everywhere and the bedding and bed skirts. The surrounding area was sketchy.

Liked the gal who checked us in, did not like the attitude of the gal at checkout. The room had a horrible smell to it and the carpet was filthy. The bathroom was clean.
