Room smelled like pee and parking lot was homeless Homeless people everywhere, didn’t feel safe leaving my car there. Turned on the AC and the room smelt like PEE turns out the bed skirt on both beds were drenched in pee from hopefully a dog. Asked for another room and they were full so took the bed skirts off and put them in a closet. Manager said couldn’t get a refund because I used hotels.com

Friendly staff is about the only positive of this place. Non smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Carpet floors were covered in stains. By far the worst best western I have stayed at

I was very disappointed with the service. We requested towel change and did not receive it. We requested room cleaning and did not receive it The keys were not working at one of the night and when asked they did not give any reason. Staff had no smile on their faces. Overall not a good experience for us.

The area surrounding the hotel looks like a scene from the Walking Dead. Tents, abandoned cars, etc. The pictues on the website were far from accurate with regards to the ammenities and actual condition of the hotel. This is by far one of the worst Best Western Motels I have stayed at.

Although it looked great on line the smell was bad as soon as you entered the lobby and got much worse (animal urine) in the room.
