The staff is friendly not the facility. The hotel is old and the A/C does not work at the first place.

Unfair predgidous an rasist acts I have never been so disreplspected in my life the Monday night Tuesday morning front desk lady believe her name was Cindy treated me and my family as if we were criminals . All we wanted to do was visit with our family for a short period of time and she barges in on us and kicked my family out after less than five minutes . Said they looked shady wouldn't even hear a word from us . I just can not stay at a place that treats there guests so badly

Crystal, I am looking into this but the issue appears to be a person associated with your reservation letting unregistered guests in through the back door. We are responsible for the safety of all of our guests and it is our duty to know all happenings inside a room, including unregistered guests. I assure you this has nothing to do with race and is a safety issue. I can discuss this further with you over the telephone and you can ask for Andrew.
Not well kept, needs a lot of updating. Lots of air freshener in the air. No bed comforter...it’s winter??? VERY over priced for what you get. Make sure you eat before settling in, there are not very many options close by. Will not come back...I have stayed at many Best Westerns and this is at the bottom of the scale.
