Requested for a roll-away bed but it was broken, mattress was a box spring and soiled.

Leave NOTHING in your car!!!! Nice hotel with two major problems: 1) If a reservation and or request is not easy for them to change forget it.... they have ZERO regard to helping you. 2) Like Zombieland the homeless camps and people looking to break into your car are everywhere around this hotel. It's unfortunate what this hotel has become as the location is good.

Biz Travelr, We take security very serious and while I cannot say we have never gotten a caw prowler we do NOT have car break ins on a regular basis. Portland does unfortunate have a bad homeless problem. We do our best by working with the police and a security company to make sure this does not affect the guest. If there was a break in this was my first hearing of this. I would love to chat with you about this more!
Hotel staff was horrible! Hotel staff (Amber) at the front desk was absolutely horrible! She was rude and very very unhelpful.

No TV Apparently there had been a power outage prior to our arrival which put the cable TV out of service. It remained out of service the entire length of our stay. They said that they could not move us.

Average hotel with above average breakfast. Springy beds and thunderous noise from above. Appreciate pet friendly but pet area was in-mowed resulting in unsanitary and difficult conditions. It was impossible to pick up after our dog since the grass reached the underbelly of our Retriever and the back of our Boston. We did howeve enjoy an above average breakfast but did not appreciate the personnel literally removing food out from under me as I was serving up because I was a few minutes past breakfast. Zugi, I apologize if this was not made known to you but that was not our pet area and unfortunately is owned by our neighbor so we cannot mow it. We have our grass area in the island of the parking lot which does have a doggy station and is cut weekly and monitored throughout the day.
Rude staff The receptionist was on the phone for about 20 minutes before acknowledging us and we were the only ones here waiting. She was rude when talking with us. Seemed tired but still.

Fui roubado neste hotel. Quando cheguei com minha família a noite no hotel, fui abrir o cofre como todos os dias. O cofre apresentava um erro quando eu colocava a senha. Acionei a recepção e um segurança foi ao quarto e digitou 00000 e abriu a porta do cofre. Após ele sair, fui verificar o interior do cofre e foram roubados USD 800,00 em dinheiro.
