I arrived and they cancelled my reservation and then provided me with a new room with only one bed. I requested 2 beds so the whole check in was horrible

New hotel but disappointing This hotel obviously struggle to get ready after opening. WIFI not working, breakfast bags was not served and there were no kitchen utilities in the room as specified. The hotel building is very weak built and there are hard floors in the rooms so noise is easily transmitted in the hotel building. You hear people from the floor above when they walk or talk in their rooms.
