Tv did not work and they knew it was out when we checked in. Front Desk person said they would adjust bill, they refused the next morning. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. Had to evacuate and after 1/2 hour staff said it was a mechanical issue. Worst stay ever

Lightning hit the hotel 2 weeks befor my stay. The elevator just started work the day before. The TV did not work. Would have been if they told you that ahead of time. The man checking me in had his wife on speaker phone and had some very colorful language. Kids were in the libby and im sure they heard it as well.

We make semiannual trips between Florida and New England and stay at hotels with full kitchens so that we can take advantage of bringing our own food in coolers. We had never tried this brand but it was in the right location along our journey

Disappointing This was rated fabulous and definitely is not. There were no amenities, not one bottle of water in the whole hotel, breakfast was next to nothing And the cost was very high for what we got. I will never stay in this brand of hotel again.

Water didnt work Water turned on and off throughout the stay. Water was not very hot. No warning or notice from staff. Turned off mid shower and multiple times throughout stay.

They checked us into a room that had not been completely cleaned and it was so disgusting it ruined the rest of our stay.

it's an extended stay room but we didn't have any cups or dishes. Also there were no hangers in the room. Breakfast was absolutely pathetic - plastic wrapped hard boiled eggs were inedible.
