At check in the desk clerk mentioned the one elevator in the new-looking building is broken. I mention that our room is on the third floor and my wife has a sore knee. No rooms are available on lower floors. The stairwell is not air conditioned, has not been swept for days, and someone has been smoking something foul in it. Dirty hotel halls, no decent breakfast, no good service just poor quality for the amount paid

There was no drinking water available- no pitchers of water or water fountain in the lobby, no bottles of water in the room, at the front desk or in the vending machines. I had to leave to get water to take medication.

One and done Have never stayed in that hotel chain and that is what I call a one and done. It is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that has no hair dryer no hair conditioner no iron and no coffee pot. They call it extended stay it has a full kitchen but nothing to cook or eat with. It was clean and the staff was friendly but I have to laugh at what they called breakfast. Instant oatmeal and breakfast bars. If you like minimalism this place is for you!
