In spite of the hotel's own write up, the room did not have a fully equipped kitchen. There was no coffee pot, no utensils, no pots and pans, no dishes. I had to go to the desk clerk and ask for an ice tray and hair dryer.

There was no stay. Arrived at property late night only to find out hotel had been overbooked due to Valentine’s Day and advised I could pay double the rate at a sister property if I paid upfront. Very unsatisfactory experience and left to sleep in car for the night until I went to work.

The sheets were so scratchy that sleeping was impossible. There were no glasses or utensils in the kitchen and only a small trash can in the bathroom.

Arrived to hotel at 3:45 pm. Check in time is 3pm but room wasn’t ready for us. Receptionist told us that there were “67 dirty rooms and they are behind”. Not our problem - had to wait 35 minutes to be given the room we reserved weeks ahead of time. Will not stay here again due to poor customer service.

COCKROACH GALORE Woke up at 2am with roaches/bugs on my bed. I showered and ran out of that place and when i told the front desk what had happened and showed them videos of the roaches and bugs they informed me that the hotel is only is new and they built a top woods. Honeslty made no sense to me.
