Turns out they can run out of parking spots. I ended up parking my car on their lot where they RENT out to a car dealership. Room very clean tho

No hangers, no kitchen items for the mini kitchen in the room, no coffee or tea available in the room, no microwave. Refrigerator gurgled all night, bed was lumpy and the pillows were hard. Staff seemed harried and unhappy.
