I booked a room here because I needed a good fridge/freezer for my meds. I planned on making my breakfast in the kitchen but there were no pans, cooking utensils or dish soap. I asked for utensils at the front desk and the nice attendant handed them to me in her bare hands. It would be nice to know that the pans were available by request, which makes sense. Room was infested by Ants. 1. Contacted office, but claimed they were "full", and could not give us another room. 2. Would not clean room because "maintenance" had gone home. Did not have access to cleaning supplies, had to wait until next day. 3. Next day, no response, nothing cleaned. 4. Room lacked any information about property, services, etc., or who else to contact. 5. On check-out, notified front desk again of issue, and they made a note but entered the wrong room number. 6. The had Bedbugs in our room - Room number 122 the window was broken and we were on the first floor with me and my two kids and husband and the cold air was coming in at night I tried to check out or get another room right when i saw the bug and they said they had no more rooms and that I had to wait until the morning to speak to the manager the manager says they still have no more rooms and that she won’t refund me for that night but did for the two days I booked for already. Missing supplies in the room (plates, forks), but the staff was very polite and very professional having provided excellent service.

Unprofessional staffs and manager and assistant manager didn’t know how to communicate with customers but associated Mr. David is nice and professional service.

First time I stay for one night it will be firs and last not worth it

Kitchen in the room - only good thing about this property. Other than that, there is NO reason to stay at this hotel ever again in the future.

We apologize that you were dissatisfied with your stay. Housekeeping is offered once a week, after the 7th day, your reservation was for 6 days. We did accommodate and serviced your room, and you received fresh towels etc on a daily basis. You requested a late check out of 6:00pm, but did not want to pay the extra. So you asked us to store your luggage until then. Kitchen in the Room... That's pretty much the only good thing. Other than that it is neither family-friendly nor comfortable from any other point of view. No real breakfast. No real amenities. Not interested in staying here again.
