No daily basis cleaning. When I return from work everything was the same as when I left. A lot of problem with the key cards that did not function correctly. One evening I was locked out for an hour due to key problem, the front desk person had to come with tools to disassemble it the lock because it had the batteries out. then he did not find the right tools so he was going down and up. OMG I had worked the whole day and was tired and waiting for this fix made very angry and disatisfied, I request a refund.

Close to where I needed to be in the morning. Not the cleanest. The sheets smelled weird and weren’t clean. The blanket was flimsy and the bed looked way cheap.

The staff no hospitality experience and lack of it too. Way understaffed.witnessed several other hotel guests w the same experience some checked out immediately

We experienced poor service at check-in. The agent did not seem to know how to check us into the system. One of our rooms had no hot water in the morning.

The property is right next to the freeway so it is very loud in all of the rooms
