I went to the lobby on 2 separate occasions and had to wait approximately 5 minutes each time before anyone arrived. The first time it appeared both staff were cleaning, as they arrived at the same time with cleaning supplies. The second time, the person working the hotel lobby arrived out of a vehicle and appeared to have gone out for lunch. Staff was often difficult to find at the front desk. Rang bells,.made calls, waited up to 20 minutes at one point. Toilet wasnt working properly as it continued to run. Hotel said no one was availible to fix it.

Im working on a job over in seattle and have been staying here and i have to be at work at 5am and there is never any coffee made
