The property is in a great location but the Wi-Fi doesn’t work all the time and the TVs Are spotty as well.

This hotel is quite centric if going to Bellevue, however the service wasn't that good. First of all, one of the ladies in charge of the reception was constantly in a bad mod, not being helpful when the 3 & 4th floor lost wifi connect for a full day (being so arrogant in the morning saying wifi was working fine and that it was my fault) and then yielling at the other receptionist while some other were waiting in the reception. At first , unfortunately they miss represented
It was a horrible stay! Bad customer service! Never anyone at the desk! Room was falling apart! Toilet leaked and couldn't take a shower because ever time you turned on water the faucet to the tub would fly off at me! I told them about it and asked for another room but they said they couldn't do that.

Front desk worker was rude. She made you wait 10 minutes for assistance while she was on a personal phone call.
The hotel was very dirty, bed sheets were old and had holes, no hot water at night I would not stay there again

They may not actually honor your reservation Made my reservation after lots of researching for a good, convenient, affordable hotel. Arrived at night after a long, busy day of sightseeing, only to be told that they overbooked and had no rooms. I asked why they didnt tell us sooner and they said they had no contact information for me.
