The Property is fine, close to downtown Bellevue. The hotel bills itself as 'Pet Friendly' yet REALLY ISN'T!! The Manager was really nasty to me about Pet Hair in a room from a previous stay and cancelled my reservation. IF they say they're 'Pet Friendly' then they should expect there to be pet hair, easy to clean up, not a big deal. The Manager who spoke to me should be FIRED for being so rude and nasty. We came back to our room late at night and did not have to use a key to get into the lobby. Our room was on the first floor and did feel safe. More so that our front desk was closed and no one was there to monitor who comes in or out.

Racist hotel I'm pretty sure they wouldn't let us stay because we're jewish. There were a number of antisemitic statements made under the breath of the staff while I studied to check in.

Extended Stay America is in a convenient location however they could improve "customer care" or amenities. ESA charges a pet fee. However, there are no potty bags for dogs provided or designated areas for dogs to walk. Since they add a pet fee to your bill, these should be available. ESA in Downtown Bellevue does not offer coffee as their branches in Factoria & Redmond do.

Front desk employee wasnt there when checking out. Waited 20 minutes and just left key cards on desk and walked out.
