Checkin took a long time because no one was at the front desk! Also, we reserved a "King size" bed and there was none available.

Not good, no heat, No heat, bugs in the bathroom I had to get some bug spray. The weather got cold, I am 61 years old management tells me they don’t have anymore rooms. So I had to deal with the cold. Never again at this location. I really need a refund.

Disappointed The room was hot and we had it on 66 it wouldn’t go any lower. And the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There were no amenities in the room, not even a dang coffee pot. I mean for over $200 a night I expected better.

The property outside was very clean, I'm a person who always looks at rooms before hand to make sure its clean well i thought it was very clean my husband and i had put some food in the room and left for about 40 min came back and there were roaches in our food went to desk the lady and gentleman that was up there looked like shift change was very pleasant said she would contact management. They did not have our reservation and had no rooms available for us!!! I will not use you again. Didn’t find anywhere else to go so we just headed back home. Bad bad left hanging out wet!!!
