Poor Management and maintenance I hate to write a bad review but when we arrived to the room the lamps had no light bulbs. Then there was no hot water nor soap. We waited and waited to see if we could be moved. They could not move us but after talking to the manager, they gave us a refund for the full amount. This was really poor management and maintenance on their part that a room under this conditions be assigned to a family.
No good No good...a/c was loud, and no Coffee in the room or lobby

Alan, we apologize for the A/C being loud during your stay. We will have a maintenance engineer check the room to ensure the A/C is in working condition. Due to Covid we have discontinued the coffee and grab and go breakfast. We do have coffee makers free of charge available at the front desk; We apologize for the miscommunication.
