Disappointing A brand new hotel and the AC did NOT work. I was told it was motion sensored. Ok fine. but after awhile I asked staff to send someone up because I tried everything I was told to do after hours of being in the heat. Someone came up from downstairs to check---she verified that something was not working properly. But, she said that did NOT have any other rooms to place us in. Horrible and Lack of Respect from Staff We went as a Sports Team and booked as a team. The front desk Jaqueline was very rude and disrespectful, from one moment to the next room a negative with our families. We were sitting outside in the family area, doing the same as another team near us, we got kicked out and told to clean up. There was damage and mold in the room, as well as a dirty prophalactic in the hallway when we first arrived. The front desk staff upon check-in didnt tell me where anything was or anything about their facilities, they just handed me a key. For the price, the stay was disappointing.

I booked a king suite, they said they didn’t have any..Front staff had no clue what she was doing at check in:(. Was told not use “third” party to book hotel..
