Stay away. Upon arrival I was informed that my reservation was canceled. No call from them or hotels.com! Also no refund yet!

Didn’t get no rest due to hearing everything I didn’t get no sleep in room 336 all night bamming on ceiling due to people walking on floor you can hear everything

Everything about our stay was great, except for one big problem. The entire first floor hallway that our room was located in absolutely reeked of weed the entire time we were there. I don't know if it was staff or guests, but it was really bad. The smell seeped into our room and made every moment of our stay off-putting. If someone wants to smoke that crap and destroy their minds that's their own business, but my family shouldn't have to suffer through the stench.

Not worth the money...Terrible experience! Terrible! Rooms are done very cheap and low end. Linoleum floors instead of carpet. The small kitchenetes are cheap like they were bought from the dollar store. No Coffee or even grab and go breakfasts, they say due to COVID...I call BS on that as all the other hotels at this level still provide it. The front desk clerk was rude and not welcoming.

Was told at check in they offer complimentary late check out till 12 and $10 every hour after got woke up at 10:50am saying they don’t offer it and was focus to leave by 11 or pay for another night front desk was rude and not honest will never stay here again!

NO BREAKFAST I try and find places with breakfast. After we got there they told us they have no breakfast because of covid. Hell not even coffee. Most places have gone to grab and go, and even the buffets are coming back. This place is really nice but they need to get with the program. I will not be back until they get breakfast.
