They keep me waiting for more than an hour, after that they said they canceled my reservation, and the Expedia customer services was incompetent

Clean room, basic room. Mattress in a full cover. Weak water pressure in the shower and no coffee available in the room.
I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Tampa, Gibsonton while traveling from North Carolina for a funeral. Pros, the staff was kind and professional, check in was smooth, parking was convenient, and the exterior property was well maintained. The room was not clean as clean. There was dust everywhere and especially under our beds. I woke up with my nose stuffy and sneezing nonstop. The breakfast area didn’t even have fresh coffee made and there’s really nothing about breakfast. Just a muffin and granola bar.

The breakfast was horrible no fruit 1 yogurt left in fridge One choice of breakfast bars didn’t even like them, but only had one choice and the creamer for the coffee was out so I really didn’t even get a chance to have breakfast there. It was horrible and then you had to deal with all the drug addicts that walk around the hotel back-and-forth all night long sleeping on the picnic table. It was horrible very unsafe will never stay at this hotel again. The room wasn’t too bad but outside of the room, it was horrible.

To start the room has several hairs all of the place, shower, bed, sink. The floors are vinyl which in essence would be cleaner but the bottom of my socks were so dirty that I ended up wearing sneakers while there. And with vinyl floors? This means you hear EVERYTHING above you. I listened to someone pacing until 2am. There were roaches in the room, hair, and one used contact lens on the night stand table. We left immediately and had to pay for a different hotel.
