Terrible front desk service and reservation system I paid my reservation in advance to avoid any issues, arrived at the hotel for a late check-in and there was nobody at the front desk. I used the phone they have at the entrance to call the reservations department and some sarcastic and very dislikable person answered the phone saying the hotel was all booked. Had to look for a new hotel at 4am in the morning. Terrible service, terrible people.

cancel without notice I got there and they told me it was cancel. I was really tired from work and very disappointed because I am a nurse and all I wanted was a room to just lay back and enjoy the night at peace

You're not greeted when you walk in. Another guest told me that I had to yell to the back and I did, 3 times. I guess she's sleeping back there. Hotel is brand new so all facilities, hallways, etc are very clean. Gym? Uh, no. It's a treadmill and a stepper in a broom closet. Breakfast? Uh, no. Literally a vouple muffins and a couple granola bsrs next to a coffee pot.
