No staff on duty at 630 am on July 19 or 20. Breakfast bar not cleaned up or prepared; No coffee or food. on July 20 no one present to checkout guests.

There was no coffee or breakfast items available at 7:15 in the am. Only some oranges.

Awful Was the worst ever ! First they was over booked. Then finally after the lady got off her cell phone to help she found a room. Got in the room and had roaches climbing up the wall
