They made me go up and down the elevator with my two-year-old in the middle of the night because they were too lazy to check the rooms before giving me dirty rooms. They just kept handing me keys for dirty rooms. I move rooms like three times last night, and it was still dirty Bed & shower covered in hair, Counters in kitchen & bathrooom covered in coffee and food stains

Beds were terrible, extremely noisy AC unit, pubic hair left in bathroom, no conditioner for hair, free breakfast consists of oatmeal and coffee. We never complain, but did not get a decent night sleep here. Plenty of other options to pick from within the same rate.

Sad and disgusting As soon as I checked in they wanted me to pay to upgrade my room they said since I wouldn't I would be put on the fourth floor. The elevator is broke. Has Been for weeks the stairs are not cooled. No estimate on repairs employes constantly entering room when I left it and putting shoe prints on the toilet seat. Sheets hadn't been changed or cleaned, they were stained yellow and black.
