After a long day of traveling and needing a shower (which was less than ideal little curly hairs in shower pan ) then two little yappy dogs fighting a couple times over the night plus another dog barking (all were in rooms at hotel) so i left at about 4:30 am i get traveling with your pets but maybe they should be in one area of property.I doubt I’ll be back

Although the front desk staff was very friendly and professional, the facility itself was not very clean. The shower had hair on the shower curtains. The were other guests hanging in hallways and sitting on floors. Felt very unsafe. The frost desk stated that they're would be breakfast but nothing was offered other than coffee and vending machines. The heating system was not functioning. This is a non smoking facility however, smelled like cigarettes in elevator.

On New Year's Eve 2024 I reserved And paid for a room at this hotel. When I went to Check-in they refused me service even thou i had already reserved and paid for a room online. So I asked them for a refund so that I can go to a different hotel and they refused to refund me my money. I told them I had nowhere else to go and no money seeing as how they wouldn't give me a refund and i would be out on the street. I did not have a vehicle either so i couldn't go anywhere. Nearly empty room. Everything must be requested (dishes, cups, etc). Breakfast area had nothing left before it was supposed to be over.
