THE AC wasn’t WORKING. I have stayed in differents hotels all around u.s and this is the first time that happened to me. yes the air conditioning wasn’t working . they couldn’t offer me another room because they were full. I just hope I can take half of my money back .
My experience on hotel is bad because they don’t have bed king. The give me 2 queen

Not so extended I booked my stay 2 weeks in advanced. Its was paid for. Called in the day of my initial check in to explain to them that i would be checking in late. By the time I arrived i waited outside for 30 minutes it was no one at the front desk. After one of the hotel guest let me in i sat in the lobby for another hour waiting for a staff member to get to the front desk. Finally a staff member arrived and explained that they gave my room away and just simply said that they thought i wasn’t coming. And my refund should... read more

Roaches in the rooms - was transferred to a new room, crumbs on the floor, bathroom was not clean, mirrors with huge swirls of streaks not wiped clean. Moved to a different hotel, staff was very accommodating. Management needs to take better care of the property.
