elevator did not work, no hair dryer in room, had to call for hair dryer and front desk person was rude about bringing us the hair dryer since the elevator was out and she didn't want to climb up 4 floors

Cleanliness whats ok, what wasn't acceptable the elevator was not working. I had overheard it had been a couple of days of it not working/not working properly.
