awful front desk tried to get an later check out time so my son could shower after an hockey (which is why we booked room in first place) & we were denied our request? Felt it was very unprofessionally handled by the front desk reception (a woman). She didn't want to hear an explanation at all. We didn't even sleep in the room so cleaning the room after a late check out would have been very easy.We will look elsewhere for another hotel next time for sure, very inconvenient, sad to see a company as yours refuse one late check... read more

The toilet was stopped up and my room keys didn't work. The night clerk was acting like he didn't want to take a trip upstairs to my room to let me in.

The room is not good for someone with asthma, the carpet needs deep cleaning and the smell in the room is unpleasant to say the least. Kitchen and bathrooms also need more cleaning. Beddings not good either. The front desk staff Marissa though was very nice!!!

Gross The whole hotel smelled of stale cigarettes and body odor. When we got up to the room there was vomit or male bodily function stains on the bed. We asked for our money back and the staff was very nice and did that for us.
