Great location, super convenient! However, the front desk personnel could use a bit more training. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and have booked ahead of time online but when I give them the confirmation number upon checking-in, show both the email confirmation and the app confirmation they have great difficulty finding it. The hotel is kind of old. The stove and the heater don’t exactly work. I have stayed at extended stays so many times, in fact, I lived in one and the heater always starts blowing cold air after a little while and won’t warm up anymore. This happened this time too because they’re still using the same heaters. The rooms have weird burners on the stove and mine started smoking up as soon as I turned it on.
